Role and Responsibilities
- Ensuring a speedy recruitment process and a potential backup pool in place to fulfill the recruitment needs
- Advertising vacancies, assessing applications, scheduling interviews and tests, checking references, compiling results, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
- Preparing staff handbooks
- Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
- Assisting with policy and structure development for the organization
- Undertaking regular salary reviews
- Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
- Negotiating with staff on issues relating to pay and conditions
- Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable local or international University.
* Candidates residing in DHA Karachi would be preferred.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Strong communication skills
- Articulate, confident, natural networker and presenter
- Self-starter with ability to take initiative and multi task
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Access, Word, Excel and Power Point preferred
